Tic Tac Trick or Treat

Hot seat drawings will be held twice an hour! There will be two winners selected each time. Winners will each
select two prizes from the pool and play tic tac toe against each other. The winner will select one prize first
from the four options. Runner up will select from the remaining three options. In the event of a tie, the winner
called first will select first. All winners are selected randomly by our Winner’s Club® computer. Each
participant may win multiple times. Unused free play will expire 7 days from time of issue.
